Welcome to UO Utopia

We have many unique houses for players to buy as well as the usual Renaissance era homes.

These can be viewed using the special moongate just to the West of West Britain bank.

We allow five houses per account, and you may own them all with one charcter. All characters on the account act like owners.

We have protection systems in place which prevent people who are not friends of the house from marking, recalling into or gating into a house or courtyard. Even if you gate from your house to the bank, nobody will be able to enter your gate unless they are friended to the house at the other end. This does have one down-side; if you want to friend someone to your house you must gate or take them to the outside.

You can buy a basement deed which builds a layer of floor tiles 30 z under your house. You choose the floor style on using the deed. There are steps to get back up, use the bookshelf to get down. You may wall your basement using craftable walls made from mined rock or stolen from spawn points.

There are some stealable floor tiles in the World and they will also be craftable so you can build a new level on top of your house if you wish.

We have floor tiles you can purchase which prevent non-friended players from crossing them, useful to put in your doorways. These can be activated or deactivated by double clicking them. They also prevent creatures from crossing them, except pets of house friends.

We also have house teleporter tiles which allow you to instantly transport to another house you are friended to or elsewhere in the same house.

Keys are all named for easy identification.

There are deeds which you can purchase to increase your house lock downs and secures.

You can also purchase NPC bankers and stablemasters, a provisioner and variety dealer which can be placed in your house or courtyard.
